Good evening everyone!
It’s hard to believe that we are at the last week of school! Congratulations to all of our Bronco Band Seniors who will be graduating a week from today. You will be forever missed but will also have a forever home at Brandeis. We look forward to working hard and making you proud to be a Bronco!
With one chapter ending, a new one begins as we welcome the Class of 2023! We hope you are excited for some of the best years ahead in the band family!

WELCOME NEW ASSISTANT BAND DIRECTOR MR. LEMANSKI
On Friday, we welcomed our newest addition to the Bronco Band Staff, Mr. Lemanski! Mr. Lemanski is a recent graduate of Texas State University and his primary instrument is clarinet. Mr. Lemanski also marching 2 years of drum corps with the Crossmen on baritone. We are extremely excited to have Mr. Lemanski join our team and contribute to how we serve our students. MUSIC CAMP RECAP
This past week we welcomed our newest program members joining our winds, percussion, colorguard, and the start of our newest section, the Field Dance Company. With the start of summer right around the corner, it was enjoyable to get all the students together, allow them to get to know each other, and begin working for the 2019 fall. If there are any new members whose parents were unable to attend the BAND 101 meeting, PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM so that we can get some basic information from you regarding your student.
SUMMER BAND PACKET
In the Summer Band Packet, you will find the following:
•Summer Band Checklist with everything your student need to do over the next 8 weeks. There are 56 days until we will all be together again and we need each student to show up prepared on July 28th. Following this list will help your student do that.
•NISD Physical Paperwork for BAND. This is the paper you need to take to your primary care physician when your student completes their physical. Please make sure I get this by the date listed on the Summer Band Checklist
•Part 2 of the Show Music. Just in case not everyone received their part, they can grab their music from this pack. Part 1 & 2 of the show must be memorized when students return on July 28th.

MARCHING BAND UNIFORM TOP
All marching band tops for returning members should have been paid for by today. If you have yet to do so, please take care of that HERE.
Incoming members, your top must be paid for by July 8th. Please follow the link above in order to take care of your students marching uniform top.
BLT LEADERSHIP CAMP
To our student leaders and their parents, an email was sent out last week letting you know about the SASI Leadership Seminar we are having on June 10 & 11. Each student is responsible for their tuition for the seminar. Please register your student HERE by June 9th.
MARCHING UNIFORM FITTING
All returning students who did NOT get fitted for their custom uniform last week need to do so on Monday. The fitting will take place from 4 pm - 7 pm. This will be the LAST opportunity to get fitted for the competition uniform. Please make arrangements to be there.
CONCERT UNIFORM RETURN
All concert uniform tuxedos & dresses need to be returned immediately. Gentlemen, please be sure that your cummerbund and bow ties are also returned with your pants and jacket.
DISNEY WORLD 2020
The trip to Disney & Universal Studios, Florida has been approved by the district. You can now send in your 1st deposit to reserve a spot for the trip. Please remember that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and that the cost of the trip may fluctuate due to airline travel costs. A final cost of the trip will not be confirmed for about a week. If you’d like to reserve a spot now, you can do so HERE.
FINAL EXAMS
This week is final exams for all Brandeis Students. You can see the Final Exam Schedule HERE as it’s been posted on our school website.
