Hello Subscribers, I hope you had a chance to attend the A1 Symphonic Band performance at The Tobin Center on Tuesday and the Full Orchestra Concert on Wednesday night. The students and directors enjoyed presenting the last concert of the year to those in attendance. The amount of talent on stage was incredible. One of the highlights at the band concert was performing in the beautiful Tobin Center. I thank YOSA (Youth Orchestra of San Antonio) for the invitation to perform plus the wonderful comments and compliments given to the band from Troy Peters, conductor of YOSA and Andy Post, Winds conductor for YOSA. Thanks to the Band Boosters and the parents who volunteered to help with the Teacher Appreciation luncheon on Thursday. A huge THANKS to Courtney Owens and Nancy Wood, hospitality co-chairs, for all of their work organizing the event.
